Attachment file disappears on CRM WEB UI

Hi Experts ,

I have a issue on the attachments in CRM WEB UI . While I click on attachments New button to attach a new file using the 'UPLOAD ' from my desktop and later select any of other fields from say 'Authorization Scope' , the attachment file disappears .The Upload button empties the file selected .

Can anyone help on how to solve this issue ? Is this a standard behavior ?
