I would request help in one of the below absence quota scenario our client has.
We have two PSA in the enterprise structure -
1. Head Office - No shifts (only regular EEs)
2. Plant (which will have the shift EE's)
And we have different Employee subgroups:
01 - Manager
02 - Operators
My client is a Saudi client and has the following absence quotas
Corporate employees will only be PSA 1 and Shift employees in PSA 2.
I have below requirements to fulfill:
1. 2 * 12 hr shift employees from the Plant (PSA 2) can be transferred to Head Office (PSA 1) any time and they will then be moved to Regular Shift of 8 hrs per day. So absence quota entitlements will change.
2. Also during the month of Ramadan, the Working shift changes from 12 hr to 8 hr shift working days for PSA 2 (plant) employees. The quota again changes.
3. During promotions from Operators to Managers, the absence entitlement again changes.
What is the best way to get these scenarios in the system? I have a couple of ideas on how to do the above but need to know what is the best suggested by the experts?
