Hi Slav,

 

If you are not getting any bounce emails, your problem might be different from Nelson's.

 

You could check MIME Type settings in your system. A lot of times emails contain content of MIME Types that are by default not allowed in the standard C4C system.

"application/octet-stream" and "text/html" are some of the common ones. You could follow these steps for getting to the MIME Settings:

 

  1. Go To Business Configuration Work Center-> click on Implementation Projects
  2. Select the project – “First Implementation” and click on Open Activity List Button
  3. On the subsequent screen, click on “Fine Tune” Button
  4. In the Find text box, type MIME and hit on “Go”
  5. Select the Row and click Open. All the MIME types that are allowed on this screen can be used in emails.

 

You could scan through the disallowed MIME Types and see what common ones might be not allowed. Try allowing them and sending emails.
