I have Crystal Reports 2008 (v 12.0.0.549) installed on a Windows Server 2008 R2 server.
It crashes periodically, and I'm looking to apply any service packs that are available in hopes they will resolve the issues.

download site, but none of the service packs work - there is no Service Pack 1, and Service Pack 2-7 all give me the following after extracting and running:
"The upgrade cannot be installed by the Windows Installer Service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade"
I thought maybe "CRYSTAL REPORTS 2008 V1, PATCH WINDOWS (32B)" might be SP1, but I received the same message above when I tried to install it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
