SAP Global support facing issue while connecting via citrix

Hi,

 

SAP Support is unable to connect to our SAP Systems through citrix(Connections are open, SAPOSS connection is working fine,Access data maintained).
While connecting via Citrix Server(windows server where the saprouter is installed) they are getting a blank screen after providing the credentials(Citrix server credentials).
So I guess there is no network issue as they are able to connect to the Citrix server.
They are just getting a blank screen after providing the credentials.
Any suggestions?
