Hi Güneş,
Try change the allowed member to CAM001_INPUT, and see that node comes up if you select INPUT_ALL node. (from the picture the node is called INPUT, not INPUT_ALL) maybe thats just a mistake in your made up example.
If you give access to CAM001 then BPC will give access to CAM001, but it won't go determine which node is underneth and gives access.
