I can't seem to find any (not much) info on GRC configuration from the SAP support site. I specifically want to find some documentation regarding how the email notifications are configured.
The client I support currently gets multiple emails for the same control assessment (set up via the Assessment Planner function)
I believe it's tied to the number of Risks associated with the control. E.g The control assessment below has 5 risks associated with it. When the assessment is complete by a user, my client recieves 5 of the same emails (as per the image above).
Any ideas?
