Question on Alerts.

Hi,

I received alerts on communication channel CC_XYZ with error:

"ErrText": "Exception received: com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: Session.connect: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset",

Here my question is when I check the channel in CC Monitor, there i saw the channel status as Stopped, in that case why I am still getting the alerts on this CC.
