Since you have made the modifications also under the tomcat folder then no need to redeploy.

If you wanna know how to redeploy :

1 - Open CMD.

2 - Type command :

cd C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\wdeploy

3 - Type command : wdeploy tomcat7 deployall

4 - Restart Tomcat after redeploying is finished.
