Issue in Duplex printing for PDF form

Hi Experts,

Request your help in an issue we are facing.

We are using standard program for printing Dunning form.

For the same custom PDF form is configured.

The forms are printing correctly as required when printed individually.

The issue is in bulk printing.

Forms are printed at local printer and can be set for Duplex printing.

When there are multiple documents, they get overlapped.

For example: If there are two documents for two customers as follows:

Customer 1 -> Document 1 -> 3 Pages -> Gets printed on Front Side(Paper1),BackSide(Paper1), Front Side(Paper2)

Customer 2 -> Document 2 -> 2 Pages -> Gets printed on Back Side(Paper2),Front Side(Paper 3) => OVERLAP

... so on.

As a solution we tried to insert blank body and master page in the form such that it gets printed only for Odd no. of pages.

But here we are unable to conditionally hide the body page in any of the events.

Body page can be hidden in form:initialize event but here you can't get the total page count( to determine odd / even no. of pages).

Request if any of you can help us resolve this issue.

Regards,

Rupesh R. Nair
