No, it is not possible to see rescheduling exception messages or dates on MD04 for a material planned on APO. See the KBA below for details:

Showing exception messages for a material planned in APO on MD04 could be misleading for the planner.
Since the material is planned on APO and only the planned order is transferred to the ERP, the requirement may not be visible on MD04. In this case, MRP could incorrectly generate exception message 20, suggesting you to cancel an order, which is actually relevant.
