Hi Alessandro,

   For the error :

  When i submit an instance for approval and save it on QA(the error happens when the approver approve here) , there shows a link on the top left cornor.

  Only the approver can click the link and another QA shows up and there, he can approve the instance successfully.

   For the approval area: I did assign an approver. The approval task goes to Home->Inbox of the approver.

   I already raised a thread a couple of weeks ago.
