Hi all,
We recently upgraded our PI system from version 7.1 to 7.4 dual stack.
We have converted all our interfaces to run ONLY on JAVA stack.
The issue we are facing is that for one of the interfaces(IDOC- file scenario) the messages are continuously going into Scheduled status and stay in that status and are never delivered.
Since the std alert functionality only sends email for all messages which are in ERROR status,it is of no use for this issue we are facing.
Has anybody seen this behavior in PI 7.4?
We were hoping that after upgrading from 7.1 to 7.4,this issue will be fixed but that didn't happen.
Also how are these messages stored in JAVA stack?Is there any custom report which we can create to read such messages which stay in scheduled status or longer periods?
