You can identify the 2011 records from TEVEN table by using the field PDSNR (if it is uploaded at a time using a file). This field is like a sequence number which forms the primary key for TEVEN table. You can find it by using tcode SE16 or se11.
1) Your abaper can write a program to delete these records by inputting the range of serial numbers of the above table.
2) You can also use tcode SE16N, you can remove these records. (But this tcode is normally not allowed, you may have to request your admin if allowed by them temporarily for this purpose only).
