It is PI 7.4. My concern is even after the restart
why the case table records didn't flushes out and
we have to truncate the table to flush the entries.
Prior to restart our PI portal team tried to refresh the portal cashe but it didn't help as uwl services were down partially.Hence shall I assume since services were down restart of PI portal only start the uwl services but didn't cleared the case and we have to manually truncate the cashe table?
Other concern is why the uwl services were down?
What can be done to prevent this situation in future.
