Hi SAP Experts,
We have new general accounting on this company code; and we have the following settings:
0L Leading Ledger COP K4
Z1 Additional Ledger COP V2 (only the fiscal year variant period is different, no additional currency is set).
We have identified some FI documents entries, that only records posting on the Leading Ledger 0L; but not on the Additional Ledger for unkown reason.
There are several documents from two years ago, (when I supposed the additional ledger were implemented).
This posting come froms standard transaction such as VL01n, VF01, there are several from different modules, etc).
Current FI posting are right, new documents are able to post both 0L and Z1 ledger without problem.
I am not sure whether I can identify now, why the posting does not take place on the additional ledger two years ago;
and I think is a bad approach open the past fiscal years to post the missing FI documents usign FB50L or FB01L for example.
Which should be the right approach to reconcile the missing values between my additional ledger and leading ledger?
Should I post a FI document on the additional ledger on the current fiscal year as an "adjustment document"?
Many thanks for your ideas!
I think I will start by checking which FI documentes are missing on the additional ledger; to next check which GL accounts balances were affected.
