please, provide more details - version of your SAP CRM, version of browser, version of MS Excel.
You have said that first export works, subsequent do not. Please, how do you re-set the situation - when you close all Excel instances and try to export again, does it work? Or do you have to also restart CRM session, or maybe restart workstation?
How does the first, sucesfull export looks like - does the export goes directly into Excel, with blue column headings and light blue "zebra" lines - or do you have to download a CSV file?
