I don't think it is a good idea to change the standard behaviour of the Transaction F-53. This transaction has no park and post option. You can trigger WF after posting and get an approval.

OR

Create a new custom transaction and store the data in a custom table at SAVE and trigger a workflow for approval. Once the data is approved then you can POST the document in F-53 using background task in workflow.
