Ticket status update on survey response

Hi expert,

 

I have the following scenario:

 

When the status of the ticket is changed to "Propose Solution", an email should be sent to customer, with content eg, "Does to propose solution fix your problem?". If the customer answer "Yes", the ticket status should be changed to "Completed".

I'm thinking of automating sending the email with survey (workflow) to the customer. The question here is how the submitted survey can trigger the change of status in the ticket, when there could be a few surveys sent to the same customers?
