A general advice to anybody posting issues in Data Services and Data Quality with the intention of getting a quick and correct solution:
- be as precise as possible in describing your problem
- give as much supporting information as possible: complete error messages, screen shots...
- list the possible solutions you have tried but that haven't worked for you
I will continue to refer to Google anybody who doesn't
