Customizing Crystal Viewer Tool bar or Left side Panel

Hello folks.

We have an requirement to customize Crystal Viewer Tool bar or left side Panel when invoked reports using open document from an application.

1. To Hide Refresh Button on Tool Bar - I have done this using Web Elements (WEViewer) in the past, But in 4.1 this functionality isn't working

2. Hide Prompt Button - which is showing up on the Side vertical Panel - I have done this using Web Elements (WEViewer) in the past, But in 4.1 this functionality isn't working.

3. Hide Side panel - Earlier we have hidden main tool bar using a command in open doc url - toolbar = hide. But now not sure how to hide side panel in 4.1 SP2 or what is the name used for this side panel.

Hope someone would have noticed this viewer difference 3.1 vs 4.1 and have some suggestions.
